They were pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about the products that I asked about. They shipped out each order immediately and when it arrived it was well packaged. <b>Negatives</b> I only gave the product quality an average rating since it is retail and only minimally influenced by the retailer. I also knocked a point off of ease of use since they can't post a cart due to GW rules, but also because I had to go back to GW's site in order to reference numbers and prices. In all fairness, the negatives are largely the fault of GW and not something that an independent retailer can do anything about.
