Unfortunately there is no 0 on this scale.
I placed an order nearly 3 week ago and after repeated emails and several phone calls (to a number not even listed on the website), not a single reply has been received. To gain contact information I had to go to the privateer press website! I didn’t realise that detective work was part of the ordering process.
I have written this order off as a loss but I am obviously not pleased at losing £45.
Stay away from this site unless you want to lose money.

This site at best inactive if not a fraud. Its like they dont bother answering to emails or contact page requests and the orders are either thrown to the garbage without any notice or they charge the customers and then ignore them. As i have discovered there are 2 retail stores backing up the eshop and im going to spam them till i know what happened with my order.

Absolute rip off Scammed for £24.99 No contact details on website (breach of EU law) will be contacting trading standards about them.

Agree with the above comments. Just wish i had found this rating page before i placed my order.
No replies to emails, and though on the surface the prices on the site seem competitive - you simply DONT RECEIVE YOUR ORDERS.
You’d be better served going down to your local wishing well, throwing thirty quid in, and praying for the cards you want.
Strange thing is, a friend of mine ordered at the same time as me, and he received his stuff. Seems like they sent stuff out when it pleases them.
Unless you believe in rewarding complete and utter incompetence, stay away from this website.
