I just finished my Typhus recently, too, and I could see why you'd want to go back to him and touch him up (I've seen your other pics of this fella). He's a beast to paint. So many details ... I really wasn't pleased with it at any point during the process until I was just about done. Once I get a camera, I'll have to get some pics of my own up here.
Comments on yours, though. I still don't get the blue. The lighting effect isn't too shabby. It's a nice glow, but blue just strikes me more as a Tzeentch color. A glowy green would have still stood out, but looked less out of place given the rest of the scheme.
My favorite part on yours is all the black recesses - makes things look nice and worn, and dark, and creepy. Looking at the back picture, though, the effect is totally gone by the time you look up to the top of the model. The Destroyer Hive area is a lot brighter than the rest. Maybe it's just the lighting, but a black wash on there to darken it up, and get some black in those recesses might help.
Great greenish color. I know there's a lot of darker Death Guard out there, but I always like the more blanched schemes. Their armor did start off as white some ten thousand years ago. And Typhus here is rusty, and dirty, and everything a good Death Guard should be.
