Well I cant say that im an expert on common goblins, but i think i can offer a couple tidbits of advice. First and foremost, you can't have any lord choices in a thousand points, so your warboss and level 4 wizard will have to be replaced with their weaker and cheaper brethren. I have found that goblins as a whole will not win combats by themselves, but need some good support units to help them out. So with that in mind, if you aren't trying to be "just goblins" but more "no orcs", then you might want to consider some trolls or a giant as they will add a lot of much needed support to an overall very weak army. If you are completely attatched to pure goblins, then you should definately consider some artillery like spear chukkas and stone throwers as they will be able to take care of the tougher infantry that your goblins couldnt normally scratch. I would also reccomend that you drop the goblins with short bows and shrink the big units of goblins down to thirty in favour of getting another goblin unit of thirty, simply because goblins with bows just wont do anything in most circumstances. As a final note, I would suggest that you split the unit of ten wolf riders into two units of five with just musicians. Two units will be more tactically flexible for getting flanks, the standard will just offer up more victory points to the enemy if you are using them as a support unit, and the price you pay for a low weaponskill, average strength attack just isnt worth it.

Hope this helps!
