You will need a "macro" function on the camera. This enables you to get really close without the resultant image appearing blurred. The blurriness is due to the model being inside the focal length of the lense, Macro decreases the focal length (I think) which stops the images being blurred. An alternative would be to remain at a "reasonable" distance and use the zoom function on the camera. At 3.2 Mega pixel there will be little loss of image quality, especially when displayed on the monitor.
