Yes, same with Mod and LO Mag and Vet that I have. With lots of Army based titles flying around it may make it a bit cluttered though.. possibly limit it to one 40K and 1 Fantasy per person. When you are accepted to join the group (having proven yourself under atleast one army, and have proof/been recognised for this) you can choose a badge for each (or just one if you like). Then Edit options would be nice incase you ever want to change.
