Ok, I got the 5th Edition Rulebook. (How long did it take you guys to get used to the rules? I'm a bit confused on the finer points.) Anyway, I think I have my army choices down between Eldar and SM. Could someone who plays them/knows them well give me the pros/cons of each and what kind of playstyle each army has?
Also, what models should I buy first for each army? Tools? Paints? (Codex I know.)
