Red-orange is the complementary color to blue-green. I'd do that.

Your split comp colors are, go figure, red and orange. You could also use yellow-oranges and red-violets.

Go to a local hobby store, not just gaming, but hobby/craft store. You should be able to find a cheap color wheel. You can find some online too, but I like having one that I can pull out of the drawer when I'm working and look at real quick.
