That's been a part of the contest rules since they began. Simply put, if everyone is "forced" to vote for themselves, then they aren't able to participate in the voting of the contest, and we all know that that's no fun. So, don't vote for yourself, and vote for the one model you think is the best. If you think yours is best no matter what... well... then we have an ego problem.
