If you want to use a DoW giant (something i have considered doing so myself) then why not!? As i said above, its your army )

The plastic Giant kit offers great options for a TK giant, using the Skeleton bits that come with it, and some of your own from TK sprues, it can be made to look quite cool (i imagine). One idea i had was to mould the skull of the weapon, somehow, into a facemask for the giant
