The TK sounds crazy
If you try to take the dragon, try Blade of Setep and aim for the rider (they got low T so don't bother high strength in these cases
). When the rider is dead, make sure you got a hard unit (like ushabtis) in the flank of the dragon and kill it. Use CotD on the Hierophant!
