It looks pretty good, but I dont like the idea of a DP and a GUO in 2000 pts. I would drop the DP to a LT with jusrt a manreaper and D strength(D aura is also useful). That will give you points for about another rhino and some nurglings with a little more fiddling. this will help a lot.
I think that winds of chaos is better on your GUO. give both a try and see which you like.
Melta guns are soooooo much better than plasma on plague marines especially because they give you some more AT and wont overheat, possibly killing that T5 29 pt model. plus, you should mostly be moving towards assault with them so range isnt so much of an issue.
Other than that I dont see anything wrong with it. it is solid. Oh ya, maybe switch mutated hull to the dreadnought to make the predator and it equally survivable.
