Frankly, and please dont take this badly, your concept is a little off, you have poured points into HQ and elites whilst taking the minimum troops, Ig armies are all about either troops or tanks, byt trying to create an elite army you are competing with Marines and Chaos, and they do it better.
That said, why not take grenadiers and use storm troopers as your troops?
