I've had some really bad losses in my days of playing, but the best win I can remember was one where I beat my opponent in the first movement phase of the game.
We were playing on a 4'x4' table. The mission was ambush. I start in the middle of the table, my opponents (Blood Angels and Dark Angel) pincer me on both sides. My objective is to get at least 50% of my units off the table. Everything is set up, and we roll the die to see who gets to go first. On a 1, they do, on a 2+, I do. We roll a four, so I say 'Good game, wanna try again' My opponents look at me dumbfounded. So I say 'Okay, fine, we'll play it out.' Then I commence to make my 2' move off of the 2' table (since I started in the middle) with all three of my Raiders, my Jetbikes and my two Ravagers. The only thing left on the table were the Hellions, but that's already more than 50% of my units.
First movement phase, I can't think of a quicker win than that. Maybe if you could manage to kill everything in a preliminary bombardment, but I doubt that from ever happening.
