The Seer Council isnt that great... i play Ulthwe, but i think just taking a regular farseer and warlocks would be more worthwhile, seeing as how they can use jetbikes. Only major bonus with a Seer Council is that its harder to kill b/c of hte 3 extra wounds, oh and as many warlocks as u can buy...
