Not sure why it says this. All I can suggest is that you try to connect to another Undernet server. Try typing one of the following:
/server irc.undernet.org
/server Montreal.QU.CA.undernet.org
/server Pasadena.CA.US.undernet.org
/server Norman.OK.US.undernet.org
/server Boston.MA.US.undernet.org
If you still can't get it, look up the rest of the
Undernet servers.
