This does not mean that we will not change usernames if you have a valid reason why you would like it changed. However if you continualy request for changes to be made then they are likely to be refused.
Please remember, when you request your username to be changed this also changes your login name. If you are unable to login please try with both usernames, and if this fails use the "forgot login details" options.

Old Username: Mr X
New Username: Mr Y
Reason: Mispelt name when i registered
