Default The Rav’en Guden and the coming of the Emperor

The Rav'en Guden and the coming of the Emperor

In the early years of M.33, the first Imperial ships entered the Tremainus System; bringing new trade as well as the mighty regiments of the Imperial Guard.
After the Imperium deemed that the system was safe, they claimed it back, and began the process of installing planetary governors, as well as a single system wide governor, since most of the systems planets were inhabited.
There was almost no resistance against this move, as it was deemed to be a good thing for the system. The new trade would cause the system to flourish, and the ability to form up Imperial Guard regiments in the cause of better defence to the system and the Imperium was widely seen as a good thing.
The monks and the preachers, upon hearing of the Emperor, the God of Mankind were puzzled, yet interested, and began to look into the Ecclesiarchy.
They found that this Emperor of Mankind had a striking likeness to Den Harr'Fauren.
Then it all began to fit into place. Certain words. Certain texts. This was the seventh god, who had returned after all these years to reclaim what was lost.
The monks and preachers began to preach that the Den Harr'Fauren. Had returned, and that all would be well under his guidance, and that his 'Children' would also remain to help protect the worlds from harm.

The people of the Tremainus System, who had now been following the Rav'en Guden for around six millennia, had no reason to question this, and so the Den Harr'Fauren was given a new name. The Emperor.

The Ecclesiarchy have a very small presence in the Tremainus system and its surrounding worlds, since the followers of the Rav'en Guden still worship the Emperor, and always have done. The small presence of Ecclesiarchy priests remain to make sure that the Emperor will always be the more prominent of the seven.

The Rav'en Guden themselves, also have a following. Though everyone is taught to worship the Emperor as the god of mankind, the teachings also state that giving praise to his children is also a wise thing to do, and it encouraged.
It is said that it is wise to worship a particular god at a particular time. For example, praising not only the Emperor, but also the Fox god of Life, Tuuliki, when a new born Child is on the way.
