Kasrkin, don't post the point cost for individual wargear items; you'll get suspended faster than you can blink an eye.

I agree with the list on most counts, however there's a real lack of firepower in it overall so I'd recommend something like this:

Senior officer boltpistol/power weapon, Iron discipline
Meltgun
3 normal guardsmen

Junior officer storm bolter, Iron discipline
Grenade launcher
3 normal guardsmen

Squard 1
Sharpshooters
Grenade launcher
Missile Launcher
8 normal guardsmen

Squad 2
Sharpshooters
Grenade launcher
Missile Launcher
8 normal guardsmen

Armoured Fist squad Chimera
Multi-Laser
Heavy bolter(on Chimera)
Sharpshooters
Grenade launcher
Missile launcher
8 normal guardsmen

499pts is total

And I'm supposing the Guardsmen with pulse rifles have them because the guy who was selling them put them together that way, I have a guy or two like that in my army I just treat them as normal guys with a flahy looking lasgun.

I'll work on ideas for higher points values when I'm near my codex again.
