The 4 guardsmen with the Tau rifle came from an E-Bay purchase. I got a good chunk of my army with 1 ebay purchase. They seller problaby said they were sniper rifles or something. Trust me I regret my E-Bay purchases.
I have the new rulebook and the Imperial Guard Codex.
I just haven't used my army much.
