Default Tuuoni

Tuuoni

Tuuoni is the Fox god of Death, as well as the guardian of the Helif Gate, a gate which is said to lead to death and destruction for mankind. (Or at least the local systems surrounding the gate.)
Some members of the Inquisition have tried to link the Helif gate to Chaos and the warp, though they have failed in there attempts. The trouble being no one knows where the gate is located, since it's not mentioned in the texts of the Rav'en Guden at all.
Other, more radical Inquisitors have claimed that the so called 'Fox god of Death', is spawn of Chaos itself.

(For more Information, read: The Inquisition and the Domini Vulpes.)

Tuuoni is a fox of jet black fur that is often reported to be slightly shaggy and long. His eyes are red, and half of his face is that of a fox's skull.
Reports if sightings outside of battle are rare, and the few reports of Tuuoni sightings are just are rare, though it's often said that he will be sitting, staring at the ones he is to take to the Emperors side.
It is also often said, within the Vulpmunden Regiments, that if you cannot see him before battle, you will survive, though there are also other patterns that emerge regarding Tuuoni.
They say if you see him, but not his face, there is chance that he will not come for you, however, if you meet his gaze, then you will be taken by him after your life ends. Be it a glorious death for the Emperor, or a coward’s death at the hands of the Commissar or Officers.

Tuuoni, being the God of Death, doesn't really have a following. Those that do, always report of seeing him, and surviving to tell the tale.
Any Monks or Priests, who follow Tuuoni, wear black coloured robes, with the symbol of a white circle, with a fox skull in the middle. However, these Monks are far and few between, though there will most likely be at least one in most major temples of the Rav'en Guden.

People likely to follow Tuuoni: Survivors of Battles, People who have nearly died.
