Drop those Pariahs the four of them aint going to do alot... replace them maybe by fleshing out your immortals instead.

I'm not the biggest fan in the world of wraith I dunno why maybe just bad experiences... possible changes if you want to lose the wraith another mono or if your not the biggest fan of them maybe a heavy destroyer and more destroyers.

I was just going to try the Pariahs and see how they work out, but I usually take a squad of 10 Immortals.

I used to never bother with Wraiths until I decided to play a group of 4 of them and they ripped apart a large chunk of a Blood Angels Army. They seem to fit the role for cutting off Assualts from elite HTH units really well.

    ---I'll try...

1 Necron Lord w/ WarScythe, Ress Orb, Phase Shifter, Destroyer Body - 210 Points
---Wow, ok, this is a beast, but the res orb and the CC outfit don't go together very well unless...yes you are running wraiths. Run him out with the wraiths for a swift counterattack or around terrain.
    6 Immortals - 168 Points
    4 Pariahs - 144 Points
---4? Wait, you actually fielded these? Unless you are stripped for money, I don't suggest using these regularly. Trade them in for more immortals.
    11 Warriors - 198 Points
    11 Warriors - 198 Points
    11 Warriors - 198 Points
    ---troopstroopstroopstroops
    3 Wraiths - 123 Points
    3 Wraiths - 123 Points
---CC goodness with the Necron Lord.
    5 Destroyers - 250 Points
---Keep these well screened behind your troops. If you find that your necron lord is not doing the job for tank busting and these don't help much either, you may want to consider getting heavy destroyers instead.
    1 Monolith - 235 Points
---Im guessing this goes with your regular warriors? I could go on and on about the pros and cons, but in the end its a solid choice. Living metal rule is just too cheesy to pass up.

    Total - 1847 Points

    51 Necrons - Phase Out at 12

I Like the 6 Wraiths something i would definitely go for.
Take some gear off the Lord AKA his warscythe, there arent many invulnrable saves out their to ignore
If your going to use Pariahs youll need a lord on foot to accompany them.
Otherwise drop them and have the full 10 immortals...lethal
Other than that its all good

Yes, I remember how lethal those Immortals were against me (Involved them falling off the table). If you wish to give Pariahs a go, I think it wont be too bad to take them, they've given me trouble in the past.
