I would drop the flamers in the tac squads for meltaguns, they take care of tanks very well.
Drop one of the toops in the tac squads and stick the EC in there and put the High Marshal in it. I would also drop the neophytes. I don't really like them. Make sure that all of your cc oriented squads have rhinos. It will make them survive longer.
Put at least one Power fist in your assault squad. It will make it easier to take out big nastiess. I usaully run 1 pw and 1 pf in my two.

My first suggestion is to add more power fists in to your army at least every other squad. I have a friend who plays black temnplars and I like to do nothing better than to assualt his tac squads with power weapons . My second idea (much like my first one) is to put more anti armor in to your tac squads by giving them plasma and mealta guns. As an after tought how is your high marchal getting aroud?

In the fights I play, if i come up against something nasty, like a Demon, i put in terminators. As it is the nastiest things I come up against are Vehicles or at worse a C'Tan. I have yet to have the need to put a PF in my assault squad, although I will keep that in mindPut at least one Power fist in your assault squad. It will make it easier to take out big nastiess. As it is for transport i have a LR, LRC, Rhino, Razorback (that i have so i can make it a rhino quite easily). I might buy a couple predators, and im pretty good at conversions and spiffy technical stuff, so i might use magnets (fun really strong magnets) to make the side sponsons optional, same with the turret on top. This way i can have transport OR heavy support.Make sure that all of your cc oriented squads have rhinos.
I might drop the neophytes so that I can move the High Marshall and his small retinue in the LRC with the BT squad and the Emperor's Champion. I would put a jump pack on the Apothecary and move him to the Assault squad. All is happy
1) Make ur bolder squad in the Land Raider Crusaider a ccw squad.
2) For ur non-rhino tactical squad, turn the power weapon into a lascannon or plasma cannon, and replace the flamer for a plasmagun.
3) Make the High Marshal walk up with termie armor with a power weapon and a storm bolter.
4) If I were you, I would make some marines in the rhino squad into neophytes and drop the command squad for a termie squad.
Well i spruced it up a bit. I didn't know whether to put a regular termie squad or termie assault squad, but i am a huge fan of the term. asslt sqd so that's what i used.
termie assault squad is only good with the land raider crusaider... so i would go with normal termies if ur walking them up there.
well i could walk them up behind, or deep strike them, as most of the missions we use at my local store use deep strike. Besides, on a charge the lightning clawed termies get 4 attacks. from 6 termies thats 24 power weapon attacks that attack in most cases first but some at the same time. with a normal termie squad they only get two attacks, and go last with the chance of losing some in the process.
using the thunder hammer, you wont need to reroll wounds cus u'll wound on 2+ in addition to the stun ability.
