I keep hearing conlicting reports about these, some from the staff at my local store! One says it's a cert the other says it's not.
Personally I think a Chapter Approved to provide wargear for Ordo-Xenos Inquisitors would be enough and perhaps some rules on allies. Death Watch and Grey Knights in the same army would be cool and using Harlequins from my Eldar army as elements in a radical army appeals as well.
Only thing I've ever heard is that there may be an Inquisition book next year that wraps up all three orders, instead of having two books for two orders and ignoring the third.
by no means is this anything more than an observation, but the new catalogue does not have Daemon hunters or Witch Hunters seperately instead groups them as one 'Inquisition'
I have also read the rumours of one book but this is the first piece of any possible substance I have found;
I would love to see a codex inquisition with rules for all three.

I highly doubt we will ever see a book for ordo xenos as their chapter milinent is essentially the same thing as space marines. GW probably does not think releasing them would draw enough sales. Sure, they have a couple special bullets they can use, but essentially they are just a regular space marine army that can take an inquisitor. You can model an "ordo xenos" army by yourself in the current rules by having an allied inquisitor in a space marine list.
I wonder if you used the rules for Ultramarines tyranid hunters and a couple of space marine squads for troops plus an allied inquisitor.
I agree that there is nothing beyond the Death Watch that could be used specifically for alien hunters, although there are the Elysian 99th seconded to the Ordo Xenos and dedicated Tyranid hunters.
I still think there should be options for the Inquisitor, none of the war gear in Daemon or Witch Hunters fits and Inquisitor Lock has nothing special either.
That may be true, frozencore, but in the other Inq. codices the Witch and Daemon Hunters were really fleshed out; if they did the same for Alien Hunters I feel it would appear significantly different from regular Space Marines to justify another list, or at least inclusion in the rumored Codex: Inquisition.
