This list looks good, however I would take away the gosthelm from the farseer and add runes of witnessing. I would also thing of giving it fortune and a singing spear.
thanks, i will try that... also... whenever i play my rangers (all the time) they are the first to die... i play Zahor and he always has something w/ longer range (broadside w/ tau, lascannons w/ space marines) so they die too fast... what should i do with them? they are basically free points for him
Stick the rangers in cover, does that add up to 2500, you don't seem to have much there and far to much spent on upgrades 3 powers on the farseer, I don't like two definity dont take 4.
they normally get in a 4+ piece of cover (gives em 3+ save) but they still die, he will just use his stealth and only stealth to approach with (which i cant see half the time) and then shoot em up (those that remain from all the broadside hits) till they are gone! it is SOOOOO agravating!!! and when he fields his space marines he just uses his scouts and lascannons to rip em apart! crap tau and marines

this is 2500 points? I would like to see your points breakdown:
1. you have very few troops and loads of elites, I suspect this is due to a desire for aspect warrior good ness, fine but try playing a Beil Tann list and your army will be far better balanced
Farseers - take multiple farseers rather than a single farseer with multiple abilities and spirit stones, a little more expensive but far more relaible
Decide what your farseer is doing before you invest in singing spears etc
His warlock bodyguard, - destructor is only really effective against hoard armies, if you are gonna be facing marines, Chaos or necrons - forget it
Fuegan - you need your opponents permision, I realy dont like special Characters but hey - your call
Troops (I would expect to see a lot more)
Guardian Squad: fair enough - quite standard although I would bump the numbers up to 20
only really work on large tables but I expect you are using that if you have 2500 points, these are lethal against Avataars, wraithlords, greater Demon and C'tan but the lack of decent AP makes them pretty pointless against much else, hence I would not take so many
Dragons: these are too slow - they have short range and have to bimble around the battlefield, get them a transport, either a wave serpent or drop their numbers and put them in the falcon, remember you have Fuegan with them though
Banshees: again quite standard, but would benefit from a transport
Spiders: only really usefull against 5+ save or worse, difficult to use effectively given their cost
Falcon: way ott on vehicle options, at least drop the engines
Wraithlord: personnaly dont use em but whatever floats your boat
Vypers: (nononono) Vypers are cheap weapons platforms, however much wargear you give em they will still go down easily, their best defence is moving 6-12 inches per turn, which means every hit is glancing at best, ditch all the extras, take the vypers and weapons only, I suspect you got enough points for another 1 or 2 vypers
Spears: they are pants mate, you just paid 200+ points for a bright lance with a 3+ inv save, you could have got 3 vypers and change from that
OK in hind sight, you need to:
1. probably play Beil Tann Craftworld
2. ditch the spears
3. ditch the vehicle extras on the vypers and the engines on the Falcon
4. Get some wave serpents
5. reorganise your HQ
6. Ditch a squad of rangers
the Reapers are good but as a general observation on the falcon:
All eldar tanks suffer from only hitting half the time, therefore one shot wonders (bright lances and especially prism tanks) have a distinct tendancy to miss just when you really need them to hit. Alot of people end to rely on a Farseer with Guide to compensate for this, but that is an awfull lot of points (200+ by the time you put a CTM on the vehicle) a far better solution is the Wave serpent, the fact its weapons are Twin linked means they are as good as guide. They do make excellent transports and you need them, but they are also as good as a falcon or prism tank for most most support roles, so if you get things like reapers, buy then the transport instead of the falcon

for points breakdown, i have changed the army a lot in the past couple days, enough to make the amount waver... accounting what you said here is my army list w/ pointsn (back to 2261) and planned addons

OK Farseer is better, but what exactly is he and his 2 buddies trying to do?
Fuegan I still dont like but it is up to you, however his bodyguard is not a HQ choice, it must come from your elites, and since you already have 3 your army is currently illegal
Your troops are appalingly thin on the groud, rather than revamp the list to correct this I really would suggest you use Biel Tann craftworld list, which will actually let you use that extra fire dragon squad as well
The guardian defender squad would benefit from a warlock with conceal
Your fire dragons still need transport (both squads), and your banshees would benefit from it too but they can at least Fleet of foot, onthe other hand a couple of well placed templates and they are dead
Your vypers could do to lose the holofield, it doesn really help them, the only possible wargear for them are CTMs and they are just too expensive for vypers to be honest
You point value fo your vypers is wrong oo, a vyper with a bright lance or star cannon is 65, I dont remember how much the holofield is but i am damn sure they dont cost 61 points
I still dont like the falcon, you would be far better taking a wave serpet for the reapers with TL bright lance, then you may want to give it CTM
Serpent: excellent, but to be really ideal I would like to see 4 of them in this list
Night Spinner: only really usefull against hoard armies with pants saves, rather useless against marines, Chaos and Necrons, so be aware of what you opponents mostly play
Guardians: cracking if you want to leave this as a codex army, but then you really need loose some of you aspect warriors. In all honesty it looks to me like you would want to be playing Biel Tann, you then do not need the guardians, you can replace you farseer with Court of the young king and go ape on those aspect warriors

actual vyper cost is 80 pts each (holo-field has helped enough for me to keep it).
for falcon and night spinner, the falcon is used in battles with marines and the spinner with his tau... to counter his broadsides...
the guardians allready have the warlock w/ them
the farseer and budds are just there, will probably get near to or in cc, otherwise they are helping the reapers or guardians or someone else with saves...
i am at least gonna get one more squad of guardians, basically identical to the other...
i will look into this biel-tann group (isnt it bien-tal?) which i assume is in the craftworld book (dont have it yet)
for the FDs, i like em a lot and have come in handy a lot. for now, the second squa will be gone, but they will definately be in vs. marines...
i live in Washington state, so gettn a wave serpant and all is a special thing... i can probably get two and a spinner but thats about it... maybe by the end of the summer i can get 1-2 more...
