Well, does anyone have any ideas? I'd like an army that can support itself with heavy anti-infantry until it reaches the enemy, and eats it in close combat. So, originally, I was just considering the Sisters, as they use a few flamer stuff, and have jetpack people, but then I looked at the Hunters, and liked the way that they mixed the armies of the Imperium. So, this is really two questions; What should I do, and would the rules allow the Sisters of Battle to be incorporated into a Daemonhunters army?
If you want to eat up your enemy in close combat, then don't consider sisters at all. Thats more for the Deamon hunters and Grey knights. If you want a unit of really good close range shooters, then you should start looking in the direction of sisters. If you wan't an army that can make your aponents army disapear in one turn of cleansing holy fire, then you should definately take sisters of battle.
Over all, even as a sisters player I have to recomend to YOU to take deamon hunters. I cannot anser your question on taking both deamon hunters and witch hunters untill you describe your force's organization however. You should check the rules forum, there is a very good post on it there.
OK, thank you Shiver. I'll post here agin if that thread doesn't answer my question.
Well, ive said this a thousand times to people who dont know which army to take:
choose ur army depending on these criteria:
-How cool the models look
-Past armies (some people like to choose things that are completely different, some people like things that are identical, your choice.)
Hope these simple criteria will guide you towards a fun army for you
Just do what I did and use both of those in the same army and so far it works well and is fun.
