i have never tried this and i dont know how effective it would be, but i think it would be pretty good. if u have alot of warlocks and 5 farseers. the warlocks will have enhance and the farseers can have fortune or the other 1 that lets u reroll attacks. give them all witch blades or singing spears. that way u can get it so that your seer council will all have ws 7-10 and initiative 7-10. they would almost always go 1st and they would hit alot. 3+ to hit. and it would be a 2+ to wound with witch blades. they wouldnt get that many attacks but they would almost always wound. I was also thinking of putting them on jetbikes or using a jetbike squad with some warlocks with enhance so that they could move 12"per turn and could get in cc very easily. i would use like 36 guardian defenders and 8 storm squad guardians. i would also use 1-2 squads of 5 dark reapers. i would use warwalkers probably 3 of them and 3-4 vypers. lemme know what u guys think about this
a problem, which unfortunately make the whole thing pointless: enhance is NOT cumulative (so WS & I 6 is the max). this is still very high, of course..... also your seer council will cost an insane number of points.
other than that id advise a bigger squad of storm guardians.
also, you don't have any high armor, just weak armor 10 stuff. My Ig army would take all your armor out in the first turn, then ud be screwed.
Take a little advice from me, a fellow USF player...
Seer Councils are not that good in CC, sure they have high WS and the witchblades make it darn easy to wound things, but your opponent gets full armor saves and everybody in the Seer Council only has 1 attack...when I first started playing I had them all tooled up for CC but constantly got tied up by pathetic units like StormTroopers. (not that they're bad but there just not a CC squad). I stopped that real quick like...
The Seer Council also costs a lot of points. Throwing them hapharzardly into combat is not the best use of them.
Really need a scary CC unit in a USF? One that will generally be laughed at by your opponent until you roll like 30+ attack dice? A 10 strong Storm Guardian squad led by a Warlock with Enhance. I've sent many Grey Knights and other SM to their graves with "mere" guardians...A cheap effective CC unit...

for your HQ farseer dont give them enhance and witchblade unless you want them to a dedicated CC unit. otherwise itll be too expensive by far...
if you want an hq w/ cc go biel-tan and get the court of the young king, it is relly nice
