This army will be mostly fighting Necron and maybe Imperial guard(if my friend starts warhammer, which he probably wont because he spends his money on random crap : >)
Ive been studying lots of strategies and the Necron codex to find the best army to face them.
(I havent played a match yet, got to wait till ive finished my college music coursework)

Ive given my tyrant wings so he can get out of fire quickly and into close combat. And an extended carapace to make him last longer .

I gave my rending warriors leaping, because if there is no point in them having close combat weapons
if theyre not going to be able to get in cc quickly.
Gave the other warriors Deathspitters because most the necrons are mostly toughness 4/5 so will wound t4 on 2+ and t5s on 3+, and the venom cannon wounds on 2+ because its str7

I prefer to keep the hormys as they are because the leaping ability is great for assaults.
With the termys Im not sure if I should give them spines or keep them as they are. The spines would be a
cheap source of directing fire off my other units.

Not sure if I should have the genestealers or I if I should spend the points on another Hive tryant and a some guards.

The carnifexes are Warrior killers. Str8 Ordnance, insta damage t4 warriors. So they can only take a 3+ save.
Again extended carapace to make him last longer.

Not sure about the biovore against necrons, but he'll be good against IG troops.

Will probably use the Zoanthropes to pick off destroyers and lords.

Any suggestions, criticism, improvements welcome : >

I havent tested the army yet, all I have at the moment is the battleforce
and a biovore. When my friend and I have our first battle Ill probably
make a battle report of it and takes pictures, I cant wait : >
Should I get a hive tyrant or a carnifex next?

Woops, too many heavy support choices.
Ill probably scrap the biovore against necrons.
But Ill use it until I buy the Zoanthropes
