can u use superglue instead of plastic glue on plastic models? and if so does it work well?
“ Belief in a cruel God makes a cruel man. ” - Thomas Paine
no! you can't! such a thought is heresy! witch!.. of course you can, who's gonna stop you? i think the plastic stuff bonds it better though and you may actualy WANT to use superglue 'cause once it's stuck with plastic glue,it STAYS stuck no matter what you do to it
superglue is easier to use, but plastic bonds plastic better and the stuff becomes alot more seamless.

If you're an avid repainter, I would go for Super Glue... I'm lucky I did 'cause I was able to pull apart my models to paint those hard-to-reach areas and stuff.
I sometimes use Elmers and Super Glue together on plastic and metal models(mostly when they are making me angry and dont stick together!. It works quite well. Just use a little Elmers glue, and just as much super glue that you would use on your model regulary.
I use Instant Super Glue 5000. No really, that's what it's called. I use it for everything. Metal and platic, it glues everything. It costs AUS$3 for 2 small bottles. And my models don't break in the box when they get shaken around, unlike my friends who use GW glue and their models fall apart all the time.
R U 0K!??!? BUHHHHST WUUUULFFFFF!!!
i use something called superglue gell as it doesnt set instantly and doesnt destroy the paint like pastic glue(if your like my and dont always glue before painting).
i use super glue all the time, thats what i find at my super market, to lazy to go to a hobby shop just for glue. might as well buy food and glue. but what i hate about super glue is when the aroma gets my models all white.

You can use superglue but it tends to turn my models into bubbling masses and chuck out unpleasant gases (no, it was not my ass.) The only problem is that GW superglue will stick anything together EXCEPT for citadel models. I know, trust me, the amount of obscenity me and my dad produce is proof enough
its very liquidy, i found although i havnt used it much that you need VERY little of it on the joint
