HQ

1 lord with veil of darkness (we might add other wargears)

Troops

15 warriors

15 warriors

(or make them 10, 10, 10 I don't know really how we will play it)

Elite

10 immortals

Fast Attack

3 destroyers

3 destroyers

3 wraiths

Heavy Support

1 tomb spyder

Now this here army will march straight up to the enemy with good firepower from the two destroyer squads.
The tomb spyder should tag along with the warriors to help with their rolls and count as a countercharge unit.
The lord will veil the immortals here and there to take out troops and the wraiths can either solo run or be used as counter charge units.

gimme some thoughts please.

(got this message from him along with his idea of doing an army togheter )

I don't have much (read: any) experience with Necrons, but the lack of anti-armour weapons will be your undoing. The list has no real way to take down tanks apart from relying on the Gauss weapons special rule. The Destroyers might be able to take out vehicles with low AP, but not very quickly.

Also the list has no low AP weapons (difficult for Necrons I know since it is only Heavy Destroyers/Monoliths/Staff of Light) to counter marines and terminators. Some terminators in your ranks would run riot through your squads if you can't blast them first.

The Wraiths seem like a bad idea to me. Their low toughness, and the fact that they alone will be charging into an enemy army seems like suicide. If you dropped them, and maybe a Destroyer you could snag three Heavies, which as mentioned would let you take vehicles and Terminators alike.
Other then that, the only problem I could see would be low ap blast weapons, or lots of instant kills on your Warriors. So, beware lots of Missile Launchers, or Plasma Cannons.

So we should take out the Wraiths and add more Immortals/Destroyers or even a Monolith?

Yes the thing I see here is that you are lackin hvy punch in a big way. Drop one squad of destroyers and the wraiths for sure and get something that can kill armor, (maybe even ditch the spider). With 30 troops 10 immortals and the 3 destroyers your phase out should be pretty solid. A monolith will be a decent idea.

Don't listen to anyone who thinks you don't have enough anti-armour punch. I have never had a problem popping tanks with the gauss weapon rule. When you have 10 shots firing at something and 7 hit, most likely one will glance (sometimes more). Then only a 6 will blow up the tank, but almost everything is useful and that was only a min size warrior squad that isn't in rapid fire range!

Also, Wraiths will save you against Marines, Chaos, and any other Army that likes to run around with a tweeked out assault squad. Wraiths strike first, have a high strength, have a 3+ inv save, and can stand back up (always if you keep the lord and ress orb near them). They have won me more games than any other unit. Even if they don't kill off the squad you attacked or counter attacked, they will keep them out of your troops and other units for quite a few turns.

The only other suggestion is that you drop the veil and use a destroyer body with phase shifter and a ress orb on the lord. It is just a great combo and with a war sycthe it is great at carving up special characters.
