I was curious is imperal armor owned by games workshop? I know that they put out minitures they sometimes can be played. This makes me ask are the books legal in play or can you not use them in normal games and leagues? I am looking at the Landraider Hyperios because it is a land raider which acutally has range.
Can someone shed light on this for me?
I'm not sure if forgeworld is actually owned by them or not but either way you need opponent's permission to use any imperial armor/forgeworld stuff so ask your friends and league organizers if they'll allow it
Most Notable Achievements:
Killed a Revenant Titan in one shot.
Killed 900 pts worth of Blood Angels in 2 turns while only loosing 4 pts.
Forgeworld is a part of GW, like the Black Library.
The vehicles, however, do require opponents permission to use, but few people would withhold it. IA vehicles are almost exclusively over priced for what they do (At least, the original IA ones are. They were created using the VDR, and they overpriced units to ensure they were used for fun, rather than to create broken vehicles).
