Total= 1999 points
Cool I've got one point left over!
Quite frankly more warriors
Everything you have been told is a lie!
more warriors deffinatly. Id flesh out the remaining squads instead of making a new one though.
drop the D fields, Necrons cost alot as is- no reason to make them more expensive than they allready are.

Well I'd actually keep the disruption fields on the scarabs, it gives them a good chance of popping vehicles (though not with my luck). But yeah, other than that everyone has given you good advice.
Drop the disruption field from your immortals, keep them on the scarabs. A great tactic is using the swarms to get around a vehicle and surround it, then use the D fields to blow it up.
With your last pts, get more warriors.
personally i think that 48 necron warriors is a solid base in 2000 points,
i would definitly take the d fields off the immortals and maybe get some tomb spyders (i never leave home without them) they are solid counter assault troops and they help WWB rolls,
i would think about getting one more destroyer to get a full squad and maybe even max the scarab swarms out, a 30 wound unit that is pretty decent in h2h can definitly be usefull when holding up the enemies units.
if you really want some more warriors i would suggest flayed ones instead, they cost the same and add some counter assault and disruption to your army.

I actually suggest you drop the D. Fields on your Immortals, and get 2 or 3 heavy destroyers for uber fire support.
