    This is one of my many army lists ive made for my space wolves. Was wandering if you peeps thought it was too over the top, or not friendly enough....Comments and ideas welcomed.....I took this army to Dwarfcon which was a cheesefest and apparantly it wasnt cheesey enough for them (Dont know why it wasnt)...i came 11th overall with 4 wins 1 draw and 1 loss

    I'd be careful of swarm armies, if I were you. In general, on a large board, you don't have enough range to cut down swarm armies like orks and 'nids, you'd be outshot by an IG swarm, and you don't really have enough heavy weapons to outshoot an armor/tmc heavy opponent. On a small board, you'd get charged by a nid, DE, or ork opponent really really fast, and the power fists wouldn't make a difference on little swarms. Maybe give some of your blood claws jump packs and replace the heavy bolters on the predator with lascannons to deal with TMC, the odd demon prince, and armor. The blood claws could do with fewer powerfists, since not all of them will be engaged with characters or armor. Maybe add another unit of blood claws by ditching the rune priest? I don't know.

    P.S. 6 heavy bolters is nice, but keep in mind they're not always going to be in range and available at once

    Holy crap, this is pretty damn good. Lots of fire support, good sized blood claw packs? Only thing i can recommend is put more into the grey hunters team.

    you need two hq in a 1500 pt battle for sw (every 750 another hq)
    one thing i would do to modify this list is to remove 5 bc's from each bc squad and
    add in a rhino with smoke and extra armor to get your blood claws into cc quicker
    (unless you enjoy using the rune priest nifty power )
    I would also remove the predator for a scout squad(6) with 2 power weps, 2 plasma
    and a melta gun(exactly 134) use their rule "behind enemy lines" to deal with enemy armor or heavy weopon teams, devastator squad, broadsides etc.

    Which means at 751 you start needing the second HQ. A third is required at 1501, so he can't ditch the Rune Priest without replacing it with another HQ.

    My favorite is also the Venderable Dread and Rune Priest combo, although I usually equip the Ven Dread with ranged firepower support weapons, las/plas and missile launcher.

    Although I really don't like Long Fangs, I think they're too expensive, I prefer a four missile launcher LF pack. That way you have range, and the option of anti-hoard frag missiles or anti-armor krak missiles.

    Fluff wise there are meant to be more grey hunters than blood claws. I think you should make the blood claws to grey hunters at LEAST 1-1. Its the way SW are thats why you have to include at least 1 grey hunters squad because they are encouraging you to take them. They are the core of a SW army not Blood Claws. Just my thoughts. Its got a good firebase for SW. MORE GREY HUNTERS!

    PS do not add ANOTHER squad of blood claws that is just obsessive. How about ditching the pred for a grey hunters squad mounted in a razorback?
