I have a Kill Team game on Saturday to coincide with the release of the new rule book. I would like help and advice on building a kill team for one of the following races - 13th, Tau, IG.
-There must be no more than 12 models.
-No models can have a 2+ armour sace or invulnerable save.
-Only one heavy/assault/special/template weapon in the kill team.
-Models must be from the same unit.
-Total points cost must be aroun 160pts
-There are special abilities availible for 10-20pts (not sure what they all are)
Basically i would like anyone to create their own kill team or provide ideas for one using the above guidelines to help me in picking my own. Thanks.
This is one example of what i might do:
-6 Wulfen - 24pts each
-Gung Ho - 10pts? - A special ability that i can remeber. It gives you an extra D6 charge distance.
Total = 154pts
can i have a link ot the scenario?
i remember this game, and tau would be a good idea, as you can take stealth suits: mobile, well armed.
look on the GW site, the kill team rules are there.
Apathy is the greatest enemy of all.
I would think for IG a stormtrooper squad would be best
The Predator Lingers forth. Suddenly the sound of several wipping sounds can be heard far off into the distance, a second later the once mighty Predator ignited with flames. "Sir what was that" The srgt replied "Its those damn Broadsides"
Hear the wip, fear the Broadside.
You should give them the shift change thing or something. It's extremely good for 10 points and worth it as well, it removes some enemy sentries or something like that. You might want to take a heavy weapon or assault weapon like a meltagun, the enemy is allowed one big boss man who needs killing quickly.
The only difference between tattooed people and non-tattooed people is that tattooed people are awesome and can kick your ass.
