Space Wolf Loganwing, backed up by Long Fangs
Chaos Marine Terminators + 9 converted Obliterators
Grey Knights Terminators + Paladins
Black Templar Terminators
Sell half or more on ebay
Due to me buying the bulk of a friend's 40k collection off him, I am now in possession of 20 terminators, and I'm trying to figure out what to do with them. Some have lightning claws, but most are from the AoBR set, although I'm ready to convert some or all into other setups.
I don't want a Vulcan Space Marine army, and although Deathwing is tempting, I would need at least 10 more terminators to really do that right. I don't want Blood Angels terminators either, because they compete with Sanguinary priests for elite slots.
That leaves us with 4 choices:
1. Space Wolf Loganwing, backed up by Long Fangs
2. Chaos Marine Terminators + convert 9 terminators into Obliterators
3. Grey Knight terminators + Paladins
4. Black templar terminators, with preferred enemy, tank hunters, & 2 assault cannons in each squad, or furious charge & lightning claws in a land raider
What do you think?
(multiple choices allowed, in case you like more than one idea)

Depends. What terminator army you like to play? Or are you getting out of the terminator business completely?
Record: Win - Loss - Draw: Hive Fleet Pandora (New) 32-6-6 Space Wolf 7th Co. 52-11-6
Blood Angels 12-4-2 Daemonhunters 20-8-3
Imperial Guards 12-5-2 Daemons 8-3-2
I've always wanted a low model count terminator themed army, but can't decide which one to use. It doesn't have to be completely terminators, just a large portion of it.
Grey knights have scoring terminators, might not be a bad way to go. 2 squads combat squaded.
Don't forget that BT assault terminators can take furious charge.4. Black templar terminators, with preferred enemy, tank hunters, & 2 assault cannons in each squad
Reroll misses (preferred enemy), reroll wounds (lightning claws), 4 power weapon attacks on charge (LC pair), and str 5/init 5 (furious charge). They cut through things like a hot knife through butter. Anybody left gets hit with str 9 thunderhammers, with misses rerolled. It hurts...a lot.
Okay, I tallied up all the votes from each of the forums I posted this question (I posted on a few), and the winner is...
I'll give them a shot and see how they go. If I don't like them, I might try one of the others. In any case, I'm going to play test before I finish painting/modeling them.
Thanks for the help everyone!
Loganwing or deathwing (since the new FAQ)
or you could just buy a space wolf codex and paint them black templars :p
well i have 20 terms for my 4k space marine army.. half assault terms and the other half regular. with the assault terms i have 5 thunder hammers and 5 lightning claws. with the other 10 i have 2 cyclone missle launchers. now what i do is split them all into combat squads and deep strike the crap outta them.. every opponent hate the fact of 4 5-man units of terms coming in any where i want.. its beautiful and horribly demoralizes them.. i love this strategy
Noooooooo, you must sell them on eBay, i need more termies for my army. I am trying to build the first company of the blood angels. I have to buy most of the terms off ebay as they are expensive off GW
