Chaos Space Marines
Sisters of Battle
Hello fellow players.
I want to see which is the most popular race in the 40k universe and also this will help me build an all-comers list based on the facts.
The rules are pretty simple.Just choose the armies you are playing with.To avoid confusion your armies must be at least 1000pts and contain the basics (at least 1HQ, 2Troops).
If you encounter any problems feel free to ask for definitions!

Dark Eldar, Necrons, and Ultramarines.
Necrons currently get the least play because games tend to be very repetitive - they don't have a very varied playstyle. By comparison, I can build several different lists with the Dark Eldar and Space Marine codices for more gaming variety. I imagine that's all about to change though.

I'd like to add that my armies are gender-diverse: the Ultras are (obviously) all male, the Dark Eldar all female, and the Necrons neither!
Primarily space wolves, though I do pick up my 'crons every rarely. I've been waiting for this reboot before I go full-bore metallic, hoary horde.
My armies are currently Grey kights (Draigo + Paladin list), Tau, and CSM. I've been holding off on expanding the CSM and Tau as I want to see the new direction of their codex updates - hopefully in the near future as rumours lead me to believe.
*In all honesty, assuming enough people vote, this pole shouldn't turn out to be much use to list building. Overall, players are pretty much evenly distributed amongst all the available armies. Also keep in mind that any results achieved here could prove to be the complete opposite of what you would find within your local gaming community.

Tau my love! You are back!
My main army is Eldar, and I have something in the neighborhood of 6000 points of them. I also have 2500 points of Imperial Guard, 1500 points of Dark Eldar (and I'll be the first to admit to being a bandwagoner) and 2000 points of Necrons that hasn't gotten much (read: any) use since 5th edition's inception, but is about to get a whole lot more love. Sadly, only my Eldar and Necrons are painted (though the necrons might be getting a new color scheme if I get inspired), and I've had to give myself an ultimatum: no Warhammer purchases till a whole lot more is painted. Currently plugging away at DEldar since their minis are more interesting (and less numerous) than IG. It's just too hard to paint a hundred guardsmen that all look the same and a dozen tanks that are all boxes on treads.
The enemy's gate is down
I worked at the local GW store for about three and a half years untill it was closed down, so I pretty much have a little bit of everything sadly! However, I'm cutting it down to basically;
Current Army = Daemons. Yep, still playing them, despite 75% or so of the local community now playing GK's or 'counts as' GK's... Been turn 1 quake-shunted off the board almost twenty times now.*cries*
Only games vs the knights I've 'won' were those games where I've been trying to help a couple kids learn the game...
- Fire Hawks space marines because their colour pages in the Badab War FW books looks so damn sweet!!!
- Eldar army containing 20 wraithguard across 3 units, because why wouldn't you be the envy of most eldar players when you have the chance?!!
Sitting around waiting to be worked on one rainy day:
- Way too freaking much!!!
And of corse, I want necrons because they'll always be star vampires to me...
My main army is Orks, and I have a little over 1000 pts worth of necrons. Never invested that much time into Necrons due to their poor performance playing, but I love there fluff. Hopefully withe new Codex I can invest more time and unfortunately money into the Necrons haha.
I am surprised to see how many people seem to have some Necrons, I'm the only player at my local club that has them, they all think I'm crazy that I put money into them haha little did they know it would pan out in just a few days
