The DH portion is lacking the numbers to be effective - Deepstriking GK need to be at least 7-8 strong to avoid getting shot to death on the turn they land, and GK Termie's are rather useless in 3 man units for the same reason. Also, because of the new fearless rule, they'll get wiped out in combat resolution every battle! I'd drop the termies and use those points to bulk up the two FAGK units.
