Ill I wanted to know what if they were good or bad.... you can always count of Librarium online to BLOW things out of porportion. O well thanks for the info guys I guess but than the 13th company IS good than? Or wha... im so cunfused.

The Luna Wolves were always "good" and loyal to the Emperor.
They did not have wolf pelts.
Following a massive victory of Horus (their Primarch), they were renamed the Sons of Horus.
After this, Horus was corrupted and turned his chapter and many others to Chaos.
So if you want a Luna Wolves force, use Codex Space Marines, with no Land Speeders, Predator Annihilators, few Jump Packs, and similar restrictions to reflect the march (crawl?) of scientific progress since the Heresy.
An appropriate paint scheme would be Shadow Grey with Black trim.
There is more information in one of the Index Astartes articles in WD (don't remember which one, but I think it was from late last year).

Ok, even tho they dont have the whole wolf thing I'm still gonna use em, that way have the whole "wolf" idea type thing

Also on another subject I've seen people mix armys, so would it be possible to like use chaos space marines in my army but than use a normal space marine dreadnought? Or is that illigel? I'm not really sure on those topics.

solong as they are all repisenting troops from the same army it is ok with in reson (a sm in a csm army would be ok if it is painter the right colour and is representing a csm)

If u want the color scheme to be like the Luna Wolves in the book, u should probably use fortress grey as the base coat, since its very close to white. If u want to make the Sons Of Horus, then try some type of light green

well I'm going to try to respond as acuratly as posible (As a chaos player , I dont lie).

Luna Wolves
Primarch: Horus
Color scheme: Light grey
Fighting Style: Well rounded, smart and honorable
After ulthanor(if I remember correctly) they changed their name to
insignia: wolf's head
Son's of horus
Primarch: Horus
Color scheme: Light green
Fighting Style: Well rounded, smart and honorable
Insignia: eye of horus
after their defeat at terra they fled to the eye of terror and painted their armour black in shame and became the black legion

Space Wolves
Primarch: Leman Rus
Color scheme: gray
Fighting Style: crazy close combat.

The luna wolves where the greatest legion, right until horus goes cucu for cocoa puffs, even when he turned a great number of luna wolves managed to remain loyal. Those got killed by horus in Istvan (bombed them to death). The last cathonian Iacton Cruze(if im correct) travels with the einsenstain to terra to warn the emperor of horus trechery.

P.S. Horus fell by pride, for he didnt like that the emperor was turning the empire into the burrocratic nightmare it is today and he felt that as the warmaster and greatest of all primarchs he should have been emperor.
