A brief summary of the fluff:

Purgatory Legion is made up of Space Marines who were found innocent of various crimes, but the suspicion over them is too great for the chapters to allow them back, so they've been rotting in cells.

Matthias Bole is an Inquisitor Lord whose philosophy is 'Use any weapon' including possibly heretic Space Marines. The Legion is monitored by Bole's small private force of Stormtroopers.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled army list.

w/ Scourging, Inferno Pistol, MC Power Sword, Rosarius

Chirurgeon x2 24 pts

Combat orientated retinue. Rosarius gets around Mixed Armour Rules, allowing maximum use of the Chirurgeons. Scourging compensates for short range of Inferno Pistol. Master Crafting is a bit of a luxury, as it's an important sword fluffwise.

Chaplain Tobruk, Master of Sanctity 115 pts
w/ Crozius Arcanum, Plasma Pistol, Rosarius

The Chaplain's purpose is too join the Inquisitor Lord and bolster its assault, before moving off to join the other units as needed when he catches up (No Drop Pod).

(Sigh, I think I've sacrificed any chance of a win in battle for my fluff and general feel of the army...)

if your inquister is into using those whom are heretics or repentants why not throw in some arco-flagellents though you do seem to have enough assualt, just a suggestion

I didn't take Flaggelants because of the need for a priest. Shudder...

Also, here's a revised list, as I realised I forgot to give anything Furious Assault.
