This is the army i'm going to use i a tournament late this year
Chaplain: Terminator honours, space marine bike, frag and krak grenades
Dreadnought: Twin-linked lascannon, dccw with heavy flamer, smoke launcher
10 Marines: Missile launcher, plasma gun
10 Marines: Heavy bolter, plasma gun
10 Marines: Flamer, vet. srg with power weapon. Mounted in a rhino with smoke launchers
8 Scouts: Heavy bolter, six sniper rifles
10 Assault marines: 2 plasma pistols, vet srg with power fist
2 Attack bikes: Heavy bolters
4 Bikers: 2 Flamers
Predator Destruktor: Autocannon, heavy bolters, smoke launchers

Ultramarines second company
Sounds pretty solid. The only problem I see is that you may have a problem when you're facing a tank heavy army, as only the dreadnought can penetrate AV14. I'd also give the dreadnought extra armour, that way it can keep moving towards the enemy and hopefully make it into close combat.

Other than the anti-armor problems Bornin mentioned, I'd say it looks like a pretty good set-up. I especially like the core of 30 tac marines.
