Since you're new, I'll just warn you:
Don't reply to your own post.
Don't put wargear cost up, only put in the total cost of a unit.
Read the rest of the rules too while you're at it.

I will take note of these rules, understandably the points cost thing, i apologise for putting them up there as i didn't think that people would be so cheap as to not pay 10 pounds for a codex.

As for the rule about not being able to post after my own post, whats wrong with that, there is no harm to no one, i was merely giving it a second poast so people would actually take the time to have a look, not trying to break "the rules". but am i allowed to post this since you've now posted ? <_<

I guess I'm first to help. Here goes.

I agree with you. I don't like GKs in Power Armor either. Too expensive. I also dislike GK Terminators for the same reason (moreso in this case), but I can see that you like them.

First, your Inquisitor Lord MUST have a Retinue. Take the regular Inquisitor (Elites) if you want to avoid the Retinue.

Drop all the Hero's gear except for the Icon and Bolts. The rest are empty points.

An Assassin would help.

Ok, you don't need two Land Raiders. Maybe in a 5000 point game, but not in 2000. You never need 500 points worth of transport when half the army Deep Strikes. Take a Chimera if you want to drive something around.

Thanks a lot for the pointers, i've decided to drop my second normal land raider and keep the crusader, and then give my inquisitor lord a retinue. I shall see if i can free up the points to put in an assassin, but which would u say is best, vindicare or callidus ?

anyway, thanks

All the Assassins are good, but they each do things differently. It might be a good idea to have a few (or all of them) around, and pick one for each game. If you think you need better guns to win the game, take the Vindicare, as it is one of the best shooting models in the entire game.

Well i have got a vindicare assassin, but i was reading somewhere else on here that callidus is better, since afterall it can deepstrike whereever it wants to or i want to

Only problem i see is, i dont actually like the callidus assassin, well the old one aint too bad, but the new one is pretty bad to be honest. Do you think i could use a deathcult assassin to represent her, only problem being the pistol,

hmmm conversion time ?

keep the normal land raider you need tank killing power.

if you take scourging their is no reason to take psybolts since only one or the other is ever going to be used.

termies already have an invulnerable save so dont need the icon of the just.

inquistor must have a retinue, andyou could put them all in the crusader since it can hold 15 guys.

callidius is the best assasin in my opinion, the vindicare will only ever POSSIBLY kill 6 people in a six turn game and none will be high priced usually do to invulnerable saved and multi wounds so he never makes his points back, while a 120 point calladius can kill termie squads or daemon princes in one assault.
