I have never played Daemonhunters so this is just a rough draft. I could use all your ideas to smooth it out.

Well, that's it, I think that's 2000 points exactly. After typing it up I can see some changes I could make to it but I'll leave it for you guys to criticize to your hearts' desire.
When you say "I'm taking two of those also" under your Infantry squad, are you just reiterating the fact that you are taking two infantry sqads in your Infantry Platoon or that you are taking two Infantry Platoons with two regular squads in them?
Looks pretty balanced. The Acolytes have Artificer Armor, good call. Give the Inquisitor Lord a good close combat weapon (Null Rod, Force Weapon, Thunder Hammer, etc...)
Your Platoons are a bit pricy. Lascannons are expensive. Also, with all of the same gun, you lack variety. Change some to Autocannons, Heavy Bolters, or Missile Launchers to add variety and lower the costs.
I'm pretty sure that you also need two Infantry Platoons before you can induct that Leman Russ.
Two infantry platoons. Sorry about that, for some reason I can't indent or use spaces to the same effect. All the text is moved over to the left side to the screen, I think that made a few things more confusing than they had to be.
Also, I'll check back every once in a while to explain reasoning or accept your suggestions all at once so I don't lose track of what I've said or not.
Looks pretty good to me, but I like to nitpick, so please forgive me. About the purity seals, you'll probably never need them because as you've probably seen in the codex Grey Knights are fearless. They won't fall back too often. One more thing, Terminators can't take meltabombs. I wish they could, but nope, sorry. I suppose that's because they can always deepstrike . I should say something good, which is I like the stormbolters in your IG platoons, they're always a welcome addition to a DH army no matter how many you already have. And they're still Assault weapons for the IG, which is wonderful if you really need to move them.
No need to forgive you, that's the kind of thing I was looking for. Now I get to go back and find out what I want to do with those points...mumble...maybe I could...mumble...mumble
