For just ten points you can give both your Command Squads Iron Discipline. It is a great Doctrine and you should seriously consider including it in your army list.

You should always put search lights on your vehicles just in case of a night fight. Smoke launchers would not hurt either.

Try find the points to give your lascannon squad sharpshooters. Even one extra lascannon hit can make all the difference.

Oh yeah.. what is a 'nader'?

    1. You can not give the lascannon support squads sharpshooter because they are not "imperial guard infantry units" IE. troop platoons.

2.A nader is a soldier with a grenade launcher.

    3. My friends and I dont typically do night fight.

Thanks for responding and keep em coming!

"1. You can not give the lascannon support squads sharpshooter because they are not "imperial guard infantry units" IE. troop platoons"

Short Codex quote: "In Several of the following Doctrine descriptions, the term Guard Infantry is used ... the definition includes ... Anti-tank squads" (p.55, IG Codex - 'Regimental Doctrines',7th paragraph,5th line,3rd word).

So clearly you can give Sharpshooters to your 'Anti-tank Support Sqauds'. Sometimes it pays to read your Codex before you correct people

    2) It is best not to cut corners when on an international forum. Your slang makes no sense to me.

    3) Okay, what about smoke launchers then? They are very cheap and can really save your tanks ass against other ordnance (only glancing hits), or if you need to move your tank to secure an objective they can cover you.

RE: For just ten points you can give both your Command Squads Iron Discipline. It is a great Doctrine and you should seriously consider including it in your army list.

It will also use your last available Doctrine so no slots are 'wasted'.

I'm not even going to pretend I understand this, do you mean "You can't give your lascannon squads sharpshooters as well as your infantry platoons you are wrong Reavered.", in which case you'd be incorrect, or "You can give your lascannon's squad sharpshooters as well you are wrong Reavered.", which has nothing to do with what's going on.

And maybe you could find the points for camo netting so your opponent doesn't know where your tanks are.

You might want to take a Veteran squad instead of Storm Troopers. You just can't underestimate the power of having three special weapons in one squad. For example I give mine 3 flamers, put them in a Chimera and unleash hell of mass troops or light armour ( such as landspeeders )...plus giving your vet sarg, Horifica Imperialis is great for taking on opponents in CC.

Also you gave all your infantry a GL for a special weapon. Which is good mind you, but sometimes it just isn't enough. I'd recommend mixing in some plasma gunners. Advantages of this is when you get some Zaonthropes or whatever comming at you, sometimes mass fire just won't do it, and the ap2 comes in handy.

Also the demolisher looks a little expensive for what your getting ( plasma cannon 36", as compared to a battle cannon 72" ). However it is a great ap2 tank, just watch out for the lascannons eh.
