wot d'ya think? i am able to change it in any way. plz dont reccomend shooting. i just dont find it necessary for nids ('cept warp blast! ) :edited:
I agree that bugs don't need shooting, but you do need to at least try and out number your opponent...32 models...in a 'Nid 1000 point list... :lol: :lol: I wish you would come play at my store...but anyways..If you're fighting below 1500 points, try not to have a 200pt target for your HQ. that's a fifth of your army. Cut it way down man. You need to come close to doubling your number of guys, or at least adding half again. If you're outnumbered by marines, you're gonna be full of Bolter Rounds so fast it'll make your head spin. More guys, period. You don't need 13 point gaunts. It's unnecessary and pointless. Use Hormagaunts..Lots..Old One Eye is too slow, drop him and add another squad of raveners, using extra points to fill up gaunt squad or to add another lictor. Also, drop the Claws on Tyrant and add talons. If you don't want shooty, you need claws.

The raveners are a good thing. They can keep up with the gaunts. For this army, you need to be on top of them as Quickly As Is Possible. That carnifex isn't gonna help ya out on a standard table. And neither will those gaunts. Man, you need more guys, and you need to cut that Hive Tyrant down, else mine and anyone else's 500 pt list could take that. Not to be too negative, but you asked. Or even though Fluff might not like it, take a second Winged Tyrant, to help the first, instead of Old One Eye. But speed is your friend here man.

If You know You're going to be facing lots of WLs, C'tan etc, the RCs can be worth it, but I really wouldn't make my Tyrant the one to go into CC with those guys. So another pair of ST instead of the RC will probably serve the Tyrant better.--- Lictors are fun, so I'm biased to take them. =)2 Lictors 160pts--- Solid. Might consider taking only a brood of 10, and use the extra points to take a couple more Gaunts.12 Genestealers 192pts--- Nice, but in this low a points cost game, I wouldn't spend this much on the individual Gaunt. From the biomorphs mentioned, I'd probably drop AG WS, and if more points needed, TS. I prefer to strike first, so AG I would stay. With the points, more Gaunts. =)14 Scythe Gaunts w/ Scyth Tal's, Adrnl Glnds (WS & I), Toxin Sacs, Leaping and 1 Hivo Node 192pts--- Quick, nasty, and very useful to back up Gaunts. Scratch that, You didn't want shooting. And in that case, I'd stick with the OOE, since it can absolutely own in CC. As soon as it can get into one, of course... =)

btw i take the rend clws on tyrant for auto wounds
I like the list, though I personally would dump Old One Eye and replace him with Hormogaunts because I like to swarm.
40k: Dark Eldar, Eldar, Imperial Guard, Space Marines
Fantasy: Lizardmen, Skaven, Vampire Counts
It looks better now, although 1 huge thing you dropped....Why lose a lictor? they're gonna tie up the army so you don't get shot at while you come up, and now you have a full flank of the army blazing away. Also, you're 11 points over. Your hive tyrant costs 190, not 185, and the rest of the points are right, just 11 too many. Why are you so dead set on Ol' One Eye? He's really slow compared to the bulk of your army, except the stealers. Here's what I suggest.
instead of Ol' One Eye, put this Carnifex in:
Carnifex w/ carapace, and adrenal glands (I)+ 2 sets of Talons=102
which = 64pts.
On top of that:
Tyrant w/ Wings, Toxin Sacs, Glands ( I ), Carapace, 2 sets of Talons, Warp Blast=
which = 8 pts. + 64 = 72. Then you lose a gaunt and throw the other Lictor in.
This gives you basically the same thing and will take up the open enemy flank as well.

i used it today and won twice out of 2 games 1 vs tau, 1 vs B Angels
i'll tweak it and hive tyrant is 185
no, i like old one eye (so many attacks :lol: )
