Heres my army. Any comments? Also whats the pt cost of the damaclese command rhino?

Tactics. Army sets up in their transports in cover. First turn run to fire points. Deploy out of transports using them to shield troops from enemy fire. Next turn transports move and the army rips into the enemy.
Eh...I would sit back and shoot the living crap outta your army, but the reply you're gonna get most is the fact that you're led by a dude with no weapons. You also have no close combat capability, so expect a visit from my 160+pt chaplain and his friends, they're gonna love to have lunch with you. It's a common BS list and everyone's made them. all the Razorbacks you can want, with 2 special weapons in each squad, the really cool Land speeders(Tempest is better), and do you even Know what a damocles does? You have lotsa anti-tank guns, and a few plasma cannons (expect 2 to kill themselves in a 6 turn game, maybe 3) But man, that much armor is gonna kill your own line of sight, and mix in a little of my own, and I'd have a channel to run my assault squad up the gut and rip your heart out. You really need to reconsider this whole list. Smartest thing just forget about the Razorback(As I run 1-2) and go with all Rhinos, a Damocles, and 3 Tempests.
if anything with slight assultyness got near you you would be rather doomed from the looks of it and if your gunna take a leader at least giv him a gun or something

Nice army certanly mobile , but do you realy need 7 razorbacks , they are good tanks but I would defanitly drop about 4 of the troops ones. You also sould drop the deastator one.
Yea I was fiddling with that at about three in the morning. Yes i do know what a damaclese does and it would be to usefull in this army but it does fit the idea. And I forgot to give the commander his storm bolter and power weapon but he was going to sit back and do nothing.
As for assult squads I could run from them easy as long as my transports arent dead. The major problem would be armies such as guard. There simply isnt enough firepower to defeat them.
Odly enough I dont think necrons would be a problem. The plasma cannon squad would kill about 10 per turn as long as they dont kill themselves. Enough laz to take care of any monoliths and then just attempt to outshoot them. Marines would go the same way.
An army of assult guys such as templar or khorne would pose a problem because I couldnt take them on fast enough.
Alright assuming I drop 3 troop razerbacks in exchange for rhinos. I could take 2 orbital bombardments from the damaclese rhino or a predator or a dreadnaught. Or more marines.
1st of all: you can only take 1 orbital Bombardment.
2nd of all: I run a 4 PC Dev Squad, and I even have an apoth and tech, and if the person knows you have those PCs expect to kill possibly 6, more likely 5, and 2 or 3 will get up
3rdly: If you are running from the assault squad, you're not shooting them, and if you are, they're gonna be on you next turn, you could be in a land raider and My chaplain and friends would knock it Outta Commision, not to mention, the guys inside are gonna be trapped, cause I block all exits.
If you drop some Razorbacks, and replace them with rhinos, fill up the squads to the top with marines. Maybe give that leader a chaplain body, and a jump pack for some cc ability.
If you made those changes you might survive, depends on opponents skill level, unless you play against seeding swarms, cause you're just boned.
So simply put my mechanised company needs more guys. Well it was worth a try.
On the shooting an assult squad while running I was thinking of one squad running away and the others shooting. Rapid fire just bugs me but hey, what can you do.
Well back to the drawing board.
Any thought on what to take for a highly mobile army? I wanted everybody in transports or on bikes.

No, it definitely was a good Idea, just not so practical, here is my mobile list, dug it up from an old binder and posted it elsewhere:
Alright, the Idea behind this is that it is a light-engagement, Hit and Run type of Army. I am Juggling either the Damocles+Lance or a Land Speeder Tempest. I like both cause no one ever uses them, but with the new Vehicle rules Tempests aren't gonna be great, cause it'll only be able to fire 1 gun cause they're both above S5. The whole strategy is to(depending on mission) Deploy out of transports, send Land Speeders out to destroy dev squads and tanks, then hop into rhinos and move out. Advancing around a single flank using rhinos to re-deploy and hopefully hit the lightest flank, to utterly crush them after the first turn we get out, have a turn to shoot the crap out of nearest squads, then the next turn attack. granted this would change against cc armies. For cc army I would deploy up front, then when they come close hopp in Rhinos and blast backwards, hopping out the next turn to do the same, while land speeders harass and lance kills some stuff. Hopefully I will enter in Tournaments after Adding another Tac Squad or Dev Squad in a Rhino.

That's my list, and It does work, I've play tested it a few times. for 1850 pts game the assault squad can have 4 added, and another tac squad in a rhino w/ vtrn sgt w/ power weapon, melta gun, melta bombs and sl on the Rhino. For 2000 another Guy can be added to the Assault Squad and you can fill up land speeder problems
