    What are u playing? And because raptors have jump packs they can deep strike as far as i know (not long joined chaos)

    just a geanaral battle with no objectives other than kick the daylights out of each other

    dosent matter now because the game got turened into a chaos vs gray knights, blood angels and necrons. it sort of ended up as the black legion takin the necrons and me takin the GK and BA .(the BA gen had his ass handed to him and the GK managed to get to combat with termys at the end of the game)
    but i had a solid fire line backed up with oblitarators and vindicator BA termy were made mince meat of (10 of as well)

    lets just say im gettin into iron warriors more and more i play them

    The advice may come a little late, but it comes nonetheless:

    - Don&#39;t mastercraft the lightning claw of your Warsmith. Give him spiky bits instead, it has the same effect but you save 5 points. Also drop the Furious Charge unless you intend to use him independantly.

    - For larger games, get one more guy for the Chosen unit and throw in a meltagun so you can also hurt vehicles/high toughness thingies, also add at least one champion, preferably a sorceror with a nice psychic power. Otherwise I&#39;d drop the unit altogether. Btw Chosen will occupy one elites choice only, even if you have one independant unit and one or two retinues, or only a retinue.

    - Give the 2 troops squads both a special and a heavy weapon, like heavy bolter/missile launcher and a plasma gun for instance.

    - I&#39;d make the predator a tank hunter (ie give him lascannons), because this list looks like it has more trouble with vehicle-heavy armies than with troop-heavy armies.

    Hope this helps &#33; Btw Raptors can not deepstrike, they don&#39;t have jump packs, they have Daemonic Flight, and this doesn&#39;t allow the guys utilising it to deepstrike.

    thanks for the help
    i dident put lascannons on the pred because i wasent expecting tanks and no tanks showed up ok they would of been usefull against termys
