In my gross amount of indecision to pick a new scheme for the new Chaos, I'm appealing to people that actually know the story.
With the new codex I plan on using a a decent amount of infiltration with Chosen units, a load of raptors, and a pair of defilers... points permitting. Also, I'll give Icon of Slannesh for the extra Initiative.
What group of traitors would have these kind of quick to combat compositions, with some excuse for the extra initiative, or slanneshi-ness?
I used to be strict Alpha Legion, but it doesn't seem to fit anymore with my plans. Help is needed!

I think Slaaneshi Marines in general have lightning quick reflexes even compared to normal Marines, so it could conceivably be any traitor warband of your own making. That said, it could always be a company of the Emperor's Children as each warband's makeup is really dependent on the person who's leading it; they're not a unified Legion as such anymore. For the kind of quick-to-combat army that you envision, though, I'd recommend checking out the Violators. They've been featured in a couple of books (Daemon World, by Ben Counter) as well as in the 13th Black Crusade. Pretty psychotic and with a fairly cool colour scheme (a sort of sickly, cold blue, like the Ultramarines but lighter).
Well, if you are really seeking a fast assault force that suits the chaos feel you are looking for, than I would suggest the Night Lords.
I don't know how Slanneshi they are, but you could always construct a splinter sect of regular chaos marines, however normal they get at any rate...
But the chosen of the Night Haunter are built around terror tactics and often culminate in a quick Astartes style raid featuring rapid assault squads and vehicles decked out to look as shocking and terrifying as possible.
Hope this has helped.
