I was looking around on Amazon (was half-assedly seeing if I could find some CSM for my boyfriend without having to treck to Sci Fi city) and I ran across this : Amazon.com: Warhammer 40,000: Damnation Crusade: Books: Dan Abnett,Ian Edginton,Lui Antonio,Greg Boychuk
It looks kind of interesting. And I figured it was pretty fluffy. Does anyone own this that could give me an idea of if it's, well, worth getting? I looked at the images that the preview would show and I kind of like it. There's some Ork bashing and mostly naked men so I think I'd like it I'm considering buying it.
Damnation Crusade, to not spoil, basically chronicles various conflicts that the Black Templars chapter found themselves in. It shows the life of a neophyte, a battle-brother, and a dreadnought, and all of the steps along the way.
Its basically 'Days in the life of a space marine.'
Its also pretty damn good.
Is very good.

Well then! I might just have to get it. I mean the price is right for about 10 bucks. Thank you guys. Still leaves me with the problem of finding a place to buy CSM models without having to drive an hour out of town.
If you're really that interested kitten you might want to ask Lyran, he has the low-down on sites and such.
Well it's just that while I really do need to go to Orlando. I mean, really I need new clothes and stuff. It's just such a trek and I want to get those figures now. I probably don't have enough $$$ anyhow. ^^; But yeah, when I get up some extra funds I'll ask him. *nods*
