Could anyone imagine what it would be like to see Tzeentch and The Deceiver trying to kill each other . Im just wanding because they both like to deceit and mess people up and know lots of stuff and can predict stuff.

The interesting thing about that match-up is that the Deceiver is always working towards his own personal goals in order to seal the Warp off from the material universe. Tzeentch just likes plotting and everything he does is just so that he has more plots to create and unravel in the future, he has no purpose except plotting. So I don't think that he would ever seriously come into conflict with the Deceiver, but if he did, the C'tan are rather allergic to the Warp...
Tzeentch works on a higher level.
It's like having a fight between a bus an a jumbo jet.
They don't actually come into contact.

Tzeentch puts all those annoying psychic races in its way.
Isn't that about 50% of Necron fluff.

Hah. They both scheme and plot and construct beautiful plans. Then some stupid Khorneate Bezerker or imperial zealot blunder in and destroy them both unknowingly.
Tzeetch wins simply because all the deceivers ploting would power the chaos god
Not really, cause the Deceiver has no connection to the Warp and can't really influence Tzeentch's power. But Tzeentch won't move directly against the Deceiver because he's too busy with his own plots and enjoys plotting too much, so I think Karmoon's right they would never meet.
