Some fluff for my real faction leader.
When the chaos gods saw the shamans commit suicide the y knew their worst fears had just occurred.A being powerful enough to destroy them now existed and worse he could not be touched. So a plan was hatched they would create their own avatar. The gods knew they could not touch him directly without tipping their hand so instead they manipulated his life.Khorne had the greatest warrior adopt the baby and teach him war.Tzeanoch controlled the warrior's scribes and educated the boy through proxy of knowledge and forbidden arts.Nurgle rained all matter of "gifts" on the boy toughening him for any environment. The boy matured quickly but a problem soon developed the shaman spawn did not weaken in age worse he grew in strength. The gods decided they would have to directly intervene in the boy's life.He would become an immortal. The fell powers quickly rallied to the task knowing any hesitation and the boy now a man would be lost. The gods quickly prepared for the ceremony. The man was summoned and with the sacrifice of a young virgin maiden, the man became immortal. But the man was horrified by this that an unwilling should die just so he could carry out the plans of other beings.Rebelling against the gods he struck out at them but before his blow even connected he saw it would have no effect and he was going to die.The god's wrath was swift and powerful scorching all life from the area and sinking the ground thousands of feet.
Reforming from the attack took time but just how much he wondered.Dropping out of the warp he found himself in empty space. The earth was gone likely one with the stars he mused I guess milenea have passed.Suddenly a hole in space opens up and a vessel appears suddenly another vessel comes in fast.Utterly confused by what is happening he does not know what to do until the firing starts.Knowing his only chance at finding out what has happened is about to be destroyed he quickly projects a shield around the two ships preventing their escape and fighting. He forcefully brings a spiked knight and a frail pointy eared human leader to a small asteroid and forces them to tell him what has happened.[insert all history from 7th century B.C. to present] He gives the two pirate captains a choice join him or die in space. The two accept and are welcomed into the Last Remnants.
I would like some help integrating the girl back in.Such as her essence was protected by the commander or she is actually on the chaos ship as a prisioner unable to die just like the commander.
Some actual background
The commander is a psyker of unknown strength and amnesiac of his previous life remembering nothing of his personality.
The Last Remnants is the name of my force. Its composed of whatever races I happen to own.
The story to that is the commander abhors needles death. He gives his enemies a choice to join like the Tau,but he does not actually start the wars rather just defending his faction.
more fluff to come and Q&C is welcome

Spelling could use improvement, and there is a reason writers divide text into paragraphs.
Other than that, the story just doesn't hold together IMO.
How do you plan on having an army consisting of troops from every race?
There's serious issues with that. You can't use Tau, because they'll try to convert everyone. You can't use Marines, because they're all Xenophobes that only take orders from their chapter. You can't use Necrons, because they'd just kill the other races in your army. You can't use Nids for the same reason. There are certain circumstances where you could have Eldar and someone (someone is fighting Chaos...that's about it). You could have Orks, because as long as you give an Ork someone else to fight, they let you live. You could have a situation where, say, Khorne worshipers and Orks fight for a common cause (that cause being to kill the other people, either for fun or for the Blood God).
While in theory, I like your idea, there's just no feasible way to have it work in a real game situation, unless you're playing in your own home against friends that know what you're doing and are okay with it.
Half Gods are worshiped with Wine and Flowers. Real Gods are worshiped in Blood.
Blood for the Blood God! Beer for the Bronze Keg!
